Free planning resources

The program overview, student and entry-level resume samples, and newsletter signup are free. They do not require payment and do not unlock protected grade content.

Access is limited to the single approved level shown in your purchase record: 9th grade, 10th grade, 11th grade, 12th grade, or first year of college. Access to one level does not unlock any other level.

No. Assessments, books, and grade-level programs are separate purchases. Only verified access for the purchased grade unlocks that grade’s portal content. Free newsletter signup does not grant paid program access.

Is my session request confirmed?

A saved request is pending until approved. Sign in to the session calendar to view its status and any meeting instructions. You may cancel your request there. Availability is Monday–Saturday, noon–8 p.m. Eastern. We respond within 24–48 hours; this is not a guarantee of next-day service delivery.
