After Payment

Keep your receipt and submit purchase details for connected assessments. For coaching or other services, contact support with your service name and transaction reference to confirm delivery or package arrangements. Book each package session separately after confirming your package.

A calendar request is not proof of payment. Payments and session requests require verification and confirmation. Do not pay again to resolve an access or scheduling issue.
