This notice describes the information the current Pathway Planners website stores and uses. It does not claim that a separate newsletter mailing service is connected; it is not connected yet.
Information Stored by This Site
- Newsletter: email address, consent date and time, and the consent statement.
- Signed-in account: the account identifier and email supplied by ChatGPT Sites for authentication.
- Purchase support: name, service, transaction reference, purchase date, general grade or career stage, optional goals, verification status, and delivery instructions.
- Scheduling: account email, requested service, date and time, optional grade and goals, request status, and meeting instructions.
- Payment verification: PayPal transaction details needed to match a payment or record a refund or reversal. The website forms do not collect card numbers or PayPal passwords.
How Information Is Used
- Save newsletter consent and provide access to the free resources.
- Verify purchases, prevent transaction reuse, and show customer-specific purchase status.
- Limit protected content to the approved grade level.
- Schedule, confirm, or cancel session requests.
- Respond to support requests and provide delivery instructions.
Customer and subscriber records are not displayed publicly. Owner management pages require owner authentication, and customer pages are limited to the signed-in customer’s records.
Newsletter Choices
Automated newsletter email delivery is not connected. A subscriber can use the Newsletter Preferences page to withdraw the signup associated with the signed-in email, or email support to request removal for a different address.
Other Services and Links
PayPal processes payments, Amazon processes book orders, and external social-media sites handle visits to their platforms under their own terms and privacy practices. Pathway Planners does not receive card details through the purchase-intake form.
Retention and Requests
A formal record-retention schedule has not yet been published. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information connected to your account, email lillie@pathwayplanners.net. Some payment or service records may need review before a deletion request can be completed.
Do not submit passwords, card numbers, Social Security numbers, financial-aid documents, or sensitive assessment answers through general forms or email.
